Lelde Elina Liepina is an associate who specializes in banking and finance as well as in corporate and M&A. Lelde provides legal assistance to clients in corporate deals concerning EU and national laws and regulations. Lelde continues to improve her knowledge by participating in moot court competitions and other extracurricular activities.

Lelde has also gained experience in dealing with other legal issues, in particular, with EU law and compliance. Leldes previous experience with EU law gives valuable knowledge to assist other colleagues in both local and cross-border deals.
