Miss Li Zhang joined Han Kun Law Offices in November 2009. She mainly advises on venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, reorganization and overseas listing, foreign direct investment and general corporate. Her legal services include assisting in the negotiation of commercial terms, design of transaction structure, draft and preparation of various transaction documents, supervision of transaction closing procedures and provision of problem solutions, which cover various industries like manufacturing, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals and medical apparatus, information technology, e-commerce, education, travel and hotels.
