Lindsay practices in the area of capital finance and real estate.
Lindsay focuses on multistate commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, and real estate development and leasing.
Active in her community, Lindsay volunteers at the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program (DVAP) legal aid clinic, the Housing Crisis Center clinic, and represents pro bono clients in immigration through Mosaic Family Services. She also serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.

- Represented a national lender originating a $19.8 million financing for a retail shopping center in Texas.
