Lindsey represents a wide range of product manufacturers and businesses in complex litigation matters, including product defense and negligence claims, toxic exposure claims and breach of contract disputes. She counsels businesses, individuals and fiduciaries on:
- Trust, will, financial power of attorney and guardian disputes
- Will and trust construction and interpretation
- Breach of contract claims
- Product liability defense
Before joining Quarles, Lindsey served for 11 years as a Wisconsin Circuit Court judge, Milwaukee County.
