Paralegal

Line Grandmaison has been a paralegal since 2011 and is a member of the Corporate services team, where she works in various areas of business law.

Ms. Grandmaison assists public corporations on issues related to securities and regulatory filings. She is also responsible for regulatory filings using SEDAR, SEDI, TSX SecureFile, and NRD.

Ms. Grandmaison supports the firm’s corporate lawyers in the preparation of documents required for the incorporation and organization of corporations and also handles continuances, amalgamations, dissolutions, as well as registrations of corporations both in Québec and other jurisdictions, in addition to changes to their status.
