Obtaining guardianships and conservatorships for adults and children

Representing clients in surrogacy matters and adoptions

Arguing before the WV Supreme Court enabling clients to adopt their foster child

Serving as Guardian ad Litem in many courts to serve the best interests of children in contentious custody cases and abuse/neglect cases
