Logan is an associate with a practice covering a broad range of oil and gas transactions.
She assists with asset acquisitions and divestitures, product supply agreements and other complex commercial contracts. Logan’s experience also includes the representation of joint ventures in the acquisition of various oil and gas assets.
Relevant Experience
- Assisted in the representation of Sales Agents (Stifel and Roth) in connection with the commencement of a $100 million ATM program for W&T Offshore, Inc.
- Assisted in the representation of Royal Vopak and BlackRock’s Global Energy & Power Infrastructure Fund in the formation of a joint venture, Vopak Industrial Infrastructure Americas, LLC (“VIIA”), and then in VIIA’s subsequent purchase of three of The Dow Chemical Company’s chemical storage terminals on the US Gulf Coast for $620 million.
