Lorena joined DTB in 2020 after completing L.L.M. in Corporate and Financial Law. Her work at DTB is mostly focused on assisting clients related to banking and finance, regulatory and capital markets matters. In this respect, she has provided legal support in drafting security documents, creation, and registration of security interests, drafting legal opinions, providing regulatory advice in relation to regulated industries as well as drafting prospectus and dealing with exemptions from prospectus publication. Furthermore, Lorena provides regulatory and compliance advice, especially in the context of investment services, payment services, e-money services, fintech and crypto assets.
