Louise joined the banking and finance practice at Shepherd +Wedderburn in spring 2018.  Prior to this, Louise worked at two international law firms in the City. 

She has been seconded to work with clients twice - first, as assistant counsel (EMEA) at the London office of California-based Silicon Valley Bank and secondly, in the London corporate lending team of Investec Bank plc. 

Louise has acted for a range of clients, from specialist sector lenders, clearing banks and alternative lenders to corporate borrowers on bilateral, syndicated and cross-border transactions including Property Finance and Corporate and Commercial Banking.

Louise is qualified to practise English law.
