Luciano Heneke is an Associate at ENS in the Project Development and Project Finance practice. 

Luciano specialises in energy related projects, project and infrastructure finance.

His experience includes advising on bank finance matters, drafting, and reviewing of commercial agreements, opinion work, due diligence matters and regulatory compliance.

In addition, Luciano is also experienced in advising on matters relating to debt finance, structured investments, private equity, pension funds, financial services, compliance and governance and has advised clients in the public and private sectors and/or industries.

Luciano is a member of Law Society South Africa.
