Luisa Michilli assists Italian and foreign companies in the management, in a judicial and pre-judicial phase, of Italian labour-related issues and, in particular, restructuring and reorganization processes, lays-off and transfers of business, employment contracts with top managers. Luisa deals also with matters implying negotiations with Trade Unions in the process of achieving agreements at company level and she is also specialized in the management of employment issues concerning the Air industry sector.
Luisa joined the firm in June 2012, after completion of almost a 10-year period of Italian labour law practice at judicial and prejudicial levels at an important international Law Firm in Rome.
She graduated in Law from the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome in 2003.
