Profile
David Bryant has prosecuted and defended high-profile cases throughout the country. He advises clients on financial fraud and bankruptcy-related litigation, securities and corporate governance matters, technology and real estate litigation, and all areas of business dispute practice. David served as general counsel for Perot Systems Corporation and represented Ross Perot in connection with numerous litigation and non-litigation matters.
