Profile
Ms. Snir is FBC’s human resources manager, and is responsible for the entire recruitment process of the firm's attorneys and articled clerks.
Ms. Snir is responsible for developing the firm's HR policy, assists the firm’s management through organizational changes, and is responsible for initiating and implementing professional, educational and developmental programs for FBC’s professional team. Mrs. Snir also advises the firm regarding the evaluation, promotion, and retention methods and processes.
Ms. Snir served as a legal intern at FBC and has been an associate with the firm since 2008.
