Maggie is based in Carey Olsen’s Singapore office. She specialises in corporate law and capital market regulations as well as IPO and financing projects. She advises PRC based clients with regards to investments, commercial contracts with BVI and/or Cayman entities and private equity investment transactions and IPO projects with offshore structures.

Maggie joined the Shanghai office of a leading PRC law firm in 2010 before taking up a position as a foreign lawyer in a Singapore local firm in 2014. She was admitted to the Chinese Bar in 2010 and has been working as a qualified Chinese lawyer since 2012. She joined Carey Olsen in January 2016.

She obtained the LL.B (2009) from East China University of Political Science and Law and LL.M (2010) from the National University of Singapore.

Maggie自2010年起就职于一家中国的顶级律师事务所上海办公室，并在2014年起在一家新加坡本地律师事务所担任中国律师。Maggie在2010年获得中国法律职业资格并自2012年起获执业律师资格。她在2016年1月加入Carey Olsen。

她于2009年获华东政法大学法学学士学位并于2010年获新加坡国立大学法学硕士学位。
