Manpreet is an associate in the Tax and Incentives Department. Manpreet joined Shoosmiths in May 2019 and trained with the firm, qualifying into the Tax and Incentives Department based in London.
Manpreet primarily advises on:
- tax issues arising in respect of corporate transactions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and restructures of corporate groups and private equity investments;
- all types of employee incentive arrangements, ranging from share options, share ownerships (particularly growth shares) and employee benefit trusts; and
- S/EIS and VCT qualifying fundraising.
