Marc-André has been involved in a number of major transactions over the course of his career, including due diligence mandates with environmental, commercial and real estate components. He also advises clients on their business needs and internal strategies.
Marc-André has served as an in-house legal advisor to institutional clients, as well as to a real estate venture capital fund. He also worked as a legal advisor to a federal Crown corporation and a national commercial brokerage firm, supporting their needs in the areas of commercial and real estate law.

- Multiple investment projects and real estate partnerships in connection with a labour-sponsored real estate venture capital fund.
- Expert in connection with the analysis of bidders? proposals for a major real estate project involving a federal Crown corporation and legal consultant in charge of real estate acquisitions and dispositions at the national level.
