Marc has experience analyzing contractor claims, the litigation and arbitration of construction issues, drafting construction contracts, providing advice and counsel on procurement, and other issues for public agencies, contractors, subcontractors, and owners. Before law school, Marc worked as a civil engineer and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
