Marco Malipiero specialises in mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings. He has extensive experience in the corporate law context relating to energy and infrastructures.

Before joining the firm in 2010, he worked with leading Italian and international law firms, assisting clients in extraordinary corporate transactions and acquiring significant knowledge and skills in corporate and contractual issues relating to public companies and joint ventures.

After graduating in Law from the University of Padua, he secured his LL.M. in “International Business Trade Law” at the same university.

He is a member of the Italian Bar Association.

He speaks Italian and English.
