Pilar Villa is a Special Counsel at BLP in Guatemala, specializing in Environmental, Health & Occupational Safety, Energy & Infrastructure, and Business Law. She provides advisory services to international companies in Central America, managing legal matters, negotiations, and complex contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Previously, she worked at the National Electric Energy Commission of Guatemala and later at Cementos Progreso, overseeing energy transactions and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies. Pilar joined BLP in 2023.
