Marianna Nichols is an associate in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights and Real Estate practice groups. She routinely represents financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors, and other interested parties in bankruptcy cases. 

Marianna has a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she was associate articles editor and a staff editor for the Mississippi Law Journal. She earned a Master of Philosophy from the University of Oxford in Oxfordshire, UK, and a B.A. from Judson College.
