Marion Viel is specialized in real estate law, both as an advisor and in litigation, with a particular focus on commercial leases, real estate transactions, transfers of leasehold rights and transfers of business assets.

She also handles issues relating to co-ownerships and real estate intermediation (HOGUET law), and has experience of problems encountered in shopping centers and serviced residences.

Before joining Cabinet Jeantet, she gained experience in various law firms and corporate legal departments.
