Mark Melilli joined Hoet Pelaez Castillo & Duque as partner in 2013. Prior to joining the Firm, Mark was partner in Mangieri Benavente & Asociados, junior partner in Grau Garci­a Hernandez & Monaco, and associate in Anzola Raffalli & Rodri­guez and Araque Reina Sosa Viso & Pittier. Before joining the above firms, Mark held various positions within the Judicial Power. He has worked for many years in civil, commercial and labor litigation, and provides comprehensive advice in intellectual property matters. Mark also advises new investors, whether small or multinational companies, in connection with the formation, structure and execution of their business in Venezuela.
