Profile
Marta joined DTB’s team in 2018, as soon as she graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. Since then, she has worked in several teams responsible for different practice areas. This has enabled her to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the entire legal system.
In recent years, she has mainly dedicated herself to the practice area of banking and finance, dealing mostly with project financing and financing of infrastructures and acquisitions. In addition, Marta often provides regulatory advice on financial and payment services, capital markets, telecommunications, and technology issues.
In addition, Marta also specializes in advising clients on legal matters related to the energy sector; she is experienced in ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and providing strategic counseling.
She is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Law.
