Marta Rocha assists clients on an array of intellectual property (IP) litigation matters. She has experience in court proceedings, including scheduling conferences, pre-trial conferences, trials and hearings. She also has knowledge in a variety of areas, including:

  • Machine learning
  • Internet of Things (IoT)
  • Quantum computing
  • Open-source licensing

With a deep understanding of IP litigation, Marta is committed to providing comprehensive legal counsel that addresses the unique challenges faced by businesses in today’s digital age. Prior to joining Quarles, she worked as a clerk where she conducted research and drafted opinions focusing on state and federal legal issues. This experience allows her to provide clients with unique insights into the litigation process.
