Martha Mutamba is an Associate at ENS in Uganda.

Martha specialises in M&A, corporate restructurings, energy and general corporate and commercial advisory.

Her experience includes advising clients on corporate and commercial matters, conduction legal due diligence exercises and preparing transaction documents.

Martha is a member of the Uganda Law Society and East Africa Law Society.
