Mary-Beth is an Associate in Shoosmiths’ Real Estate team, based in Thames Valley.

Mary-Beth has a strong development background, having previously worked in-house with two of the UK’s leading PLC house builders. She acts on a variety of development matters including immediate acquisitions, disposals of residential development sites, and disposals of affordable housing to Registered Providers. She also advises on ancillary development matters such as the granting of deeds of easement and licences. Mary-Beth also has experience working on renewable energy projects, as well as advising on a range of commercial real estate transactions for occupiers and investors alike. 

Mary-Beth graduated from the University of Bristol in 2015 after studying her law degree, and qualified as a Solicitor in July 2020. Mary-Beth joined Shoosmiths in March 2023.
