Mary Katherine White is an associate in Bradley’s Healthcare Practice Group. She assists clients in the healthcare industry with a range of transactional matters. Her practice is focused on providing counsel during mergers and acquisitions, and she has experience handling acquisitions involving physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers and other providers.

Mary Katherine serves as a Winn liaison as part of the firm’s women’s initiative program and volunteers with Bradley’s Black Small Business and Nonprofit Community Clinic, which provides accessible and affordable business-oriented legal services to local Black small businesses and nonprofits throughout Birmingham.

Mary Katherine received her J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she served as articles editor for the Alabama Law Review and was a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board and the Bench & Bar Honor Society. She graduated (summa cum laude) from Auburn University with a B.S. in Finance. At Auburn, she was a Presidential Scholar and member of Omicron Delta Kappa Honor Society and Mortar Board Honor Society.
