Profile

Mary O’Kelley focuses her practice on long term care transactions, representing lenders, owners, operators, and investors in financing, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of long term care and senior housing facilities. In particular, she represents national healthcare lenders in origination and servicing of balance sheet, bridge-to-agency and mezzanine loans, revolving lines of credit, loan sales, and warehouse credit facilities for HUD and bridge lending platforms. Mary also represents owners, operators, developers, and investors in other commercial real estate asset classes. In addition, she has extensive experience in acquisitions and dispositions of distressed commercial real estate, loan modifications and defaulted loan workouts.

Prior to joining Bradley, Mary practiced at a large regional law firm in Chattanooga and a national firm in Atlanta, where she acted as counsel to numerous national lending institutions and loan servicers in loan originations, securitizations and post-securitization master and special servicing CMBS transactions.
