Mathias Rancourt is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. His practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, professional liability and business law. In addition, he has developed specific expertise in risk management and ethical issues in professional law.

As an experienced litigator, he regularly represents entrepreneurs, professionals, insurers and institutions before the courts at all levels, in a variety of civil litigation matters as well as in extraordinary remedies, including injunctions and oppression remedies.

He also acts as a legal advisor to business clients in their day-to-day business operations and in major commercial transactions.
