Mathias Schröder is an Equity Partner in the Munich office of the German law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek.
Mathias is particularly advising in cross-borders mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and has participated in numerous transactions with an international focus.

Recent transactions were:
- Advice of a German PE investor regarding the acquisition of a German Automotive supplier (Dec.2015)
- Advice of a German PE investor regarding the sale of the shares of a German Automotive supplier to an international Indian component manufacturer (June 2015).
- Legal assistance for an US investor with respect to the purchase of assets of a German company in a bidding process.
- Advice on the purchase of certain assets of a PSA Peugeot Citroën subsidiary in Italy.
- Advice of an UK based PE investor with regard to the purchase of a German E – Commerce Company.

Beyond his comprehensive advice in M&A Transactions, Mathias is rendering legal advice relating to corporate law to a large number of international companies.
