Matthew P. Wochok is a Partner in the Tax group. Mr. Wochok represents clients in a wide variety of domestic and international tax matters including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, fund formation, and other complex business transactions. He also regularly advises on capital markets offerings and has extensive experience advising on the tax aspects of financial products.

Prior to joining Morris Manning & Martin, Mr. Wochok was an associate at two other international law firms.
