Meghan is a member of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice group. Her work includes drafting agreements and other corporate documents, performing due diligence and researching complex legal issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Meghan worked at a public relations and marketing firm where she strategized closely with her clients to advance their business goals.
