Mehak Qureshi advises a range of clients, including hospitals, critical access hospitals and health systems on regulatory and compliance issues. Her practice focuses on:

  • Compliance with the Medicare Conditions of Participation and accreditation requirements
  • Medical staff processes, such as collegial intervention and corrective action
  • Health care entity policies, bylaws and agreements

Prior to joining the firm, Mehak worked as a clinical law student with the Immigrant Justice Clinic and she continues her commitment to public service through the firm’s pro bono programs.
