Melody Mohammadi is an Attorney in Buchalter’s Commercial Finance Group in Buchalter’s Los Angeles Office.

Ms. Mohammadi is active in Buchalter’s commercial lending practice. She represents financial institutions, sponsors, institutional investors as well as private companies in connection with negotiating, structuring and documenting a range of financing transactions. The transactions include senior-secured, asset-based, syndicated, cash-flow, cross-border, working capital financing, commercial solar financing, and acquisition financing. Ms. Mohammadi also works on financing secured by real property.
