Mercedes is a bankruptcy trustee and responsible for the Gothenburg office's insolvency department. Mercedes regularly assists in insolvency - related matters, both corporate restructuring and restructuring as well as recovery issues and insolvency law disputes. Mercedes also specializes in commercial real estate law with a focus on real estate transactions and development projects, including special real estate law, such as property development issues. In addition, Mercedes assists Gothenburg-based companies with ongoing legal and strategic issues. Mercedes holds regular training in board issues and has assignments as a board member.
