Meyling is a senior associate at Consortium Legal - Nicaragua, with 10 years of experience in corporate law, free trade zones, and real estate. She has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, legal advice in free trade zone compliance matters, and legal advice in major mergers and acquisitions. She has provided corporate, contractual, and strategic advice in significant transactions related to acquisition of factories and companies, large financings, major acquisition of telecommunication towers to improve Nicaraguan network infrastructure; and advice in free trade zone restructuring and strategic planning.
