Miatta Echetebu represents clients across multiple industries throughout the entire business lifecycle, from corporate structuring and formation to mergers and acquisitions. Miatta has experience fundraising through private equity investments and forming and operating funds for some of the largest and most well-known private fund sponsors. She has represented some of the leading private equity firms in asset purchases, equity offerings, joint ventures, and other corporate and securities transactions.

Miatta has a passion for community development through entrepreneurship and additionally advises startups in entity formation, contracts and general business matters.
