Micha Bühler is a partner at Walder Wyss. He specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration, particularly in disputes arising from infrastructure and construction projects, M&A transactions, banking and finance, as well as distribution contracts. In addition, he represents Swiss and foreign clients in recognition & enforcement proceedings, international legal assistance and fraud & white collar crime litigation. Moreover, he advises on international insolvency issues and represents foreign parties and trustees in Swiss recognition and bankruptcy proceedings.
Micha Bühler studied at the Universities of Basel and Lausanne (lic. iur. 1997; summa cum laude) and received his master’s degree in international commercial law from the University of Cambridge (LL.M. 2003). He joined Walder Wyss as an attorney in 2000. He regularly publishes and lectures in his fields of specialisation.
