As an associate on the firm’s real estate capital markets team, Mike assists clients on matters related to capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and real estate transactions.
Mike’s practice focuses on securities offerings (as both issuers' and underwriters' counsel), mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law compliance, and other corporate matters with a particular concentration on Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and other real estate related specialty finance companies.
Relevant Experience
- Represents leading national and international investment banking firms in initial and follow-on public offerings for REITs.
- Represents public companies with respect to securities law compliance, disclosure and reporting obligations, corporate governance and other general corporate law matters.
- Advises on a pro bono basis 501(c)(3) entities regarding transactional matters.
