Profile

Experienced, compassionate pro bono leadership

Michael Levey is the firm’s national pro bono partner. In this role, he works to strengthen the firm’s long-standing commitment to pro bono service, collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals across the firm to help them pursue pro bono opportunities. Michael, who is a board member and past president of the Wisconsin Equal Justice Fund, also fosters strong relationships with the many organizations the firm partners with for pro bono support.

In addition, Michael is a skilled business law attorney who advises on business and regulatory issues facing entities in the health care industry, particularly physicians’ and dentists’ practices. His clients include individual physicians and dentists, medical and dental practice groups, and other privately held and nonprofit businesses that operate in the health care industry. His substantial know-how extends from the formation and maintenance of Wisconsin service corporations through to their strategic and day-to-day operational needs.
