Profile

Mona focuses her practice on counseling clients in an array of business matters and working with them to find tailored solutions. Her capabilities range from regulatory compliance issues, documentation for entity formation, corporate governance, SEC disclosure and reporting, and more. Additionally, Mona has successfully represented clients across industries in litigation matters such as breach of contract, bankruptcy, white-collar crime, securities fraud, labor and employment, defamation, and accounting malpractice disputes.

Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, Mona counseled clients in the block chain industry on regulatory compliance, and represented clients across several industries including in the entertainment, service, software, and the technology sector in litigation matters. She previously interned as a legal intern at Loyola Law School's Project for the Innocent and provided resources for post-conviction assistance to individuals upon release and also assisted in the expungement of criminal records for wrongfully convicted individuals.
