Monica has extensive notarial experience in the drafting of public and private documents required by Guatemalan legislation, as well as in project finance with security guarantees and financial terms, subject to Guatemalan law, for international clients.

She has also worked with equipment financing of heavy machinery through credits with guarantees, syndicated credits with structuring and incorporation of trusts.

Finally, she has worked with the registration of credits, mortgages and trusts in public records.
