Partner of Carey and co-head of the firm's Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, domestic and international commercial arbitration, on matters including contracts, torts, corporations, consumer protection law, unfair competition, distribution agreements, international commerce, secured transactions, and environmental law, among others. Her practice also includes pre-litigious advice to national and international clients in the fields of mining, insurance, energy, automotive and retail, among others.

Chilean Tax Reform

A new project to reform and modernize the Chilean tax system, and boost investment in the country, was presented by the government of President Sebastián Piñera on August 23, 2018.
