Morgan Kain is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group.

Morgan has a J.D. (magna cum laude) from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she received the Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Concentration Certificate. She was publications editor of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law and authored two case commentaries — one involving asset valuation in a divorce proceeding and one involving liquor licensing laws in Tennessee — which were both published in the journal. Morgan participated in the Family Mediation Clinic at the University of Tennessee, where she received training through the Community Mediation Center and became a certified family mediator candidate in Tennessee. She earned a B.S. (magna cum laude) in Business Administration and a B.A. (magna cum laude) in English from Auburn University.
