Profile

Morgan Crider is an associate in Bradley’s Construction Practice Group, where she counsels general contractors, subcontractors, and commercial owners engaged in a variety of construction projects. Her practice primarily focuses on prosecuting and defending claims, in court and arbitration, concerning commercial construction disputes, whether in the form of construction defect claims, trust fund violation allegations, breach-of-contract disputes, or other construction-related issues.

Her experience includes effectively litigating matters in state and federal court, as well as negotiating and drafting favorable settlement agreements on behalf of clients. Morgan’s experience in handling all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit demands to trial, enables her to strategically assist clients with reaching an optimal resolution.

Morgan received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law where she published two articles analyzing the impact of blockchain technology and corporate genealogy testing on litigation in the SMU Science and Technology Law Review. Prior to law school, Morgan attended Texas A&M University where she obtained her B.S. in Agricultural Communications and Journalism.
