Nadia H. Kuzniar is an associate in the area of litigation and arbitration. She mainly advises in commercial disputes and represents parties in state courts and in arbitration proceedings, as well as in enforcement and legal assistance matters. In addition, Nadia H. Kuzniar specializes in tort law and, in particular, the liability of Internet service providers. She is also a lecturer in tort law at the University of St. Gallen.
Nadia H. Kuzniar studied at the University of St. Gallen (M.A. HSG in Law 2016) and at Santa Clara University, California. She spent a year as a Visiting Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, as a Swiss National Science Foundation Fellow. She received the Walther Hug Award St. Gallen 2023, the Rudolf Mäder Award 2022/23 and the Prix d'Excellence of the Swiss Tort and Insurance Law Society for her dissertation in the area of tort law. Before joining Walder Wyss, Nadia H. Kuzniar worked as a law clerk at the District Court of St. Gallen.
She passed the bar exam in 2022. Nadia H. Kuzniar practices in German and English. She also speaks French and Polish.
