Nate is a litigator specializing in complex commercial disputes.

Nate’s practice is cross-disciplinary and includes litigation experience related to services contracts, commercial leases, post-M&A disputes, energy regulation, and product liability issues. Nate focuses on understanding where his clients’ litigation needs fit within the broader scope of their business goals and, using that knowledge, provides strategic advice to help clients achieve their objectives while minimizing risk and complying with evolving state and federal regulations governing commercial operations. His work includes both handling commercial disputes and providing pre-dispute advice and counseling. Nate also provides guidance on ethical issues and compliance with professional rules.

In addition to his commercial work, Nate maintains an active pro bono practice representing low-income tenants in housing disputes.
