Profile
Ms. Katzenelson is a partner in the Competition & Antitrust Department, where she specializes in all aspects of competition & antitrust law. Ms. Katzenelson also specializes in matters related to the new Israeli legislation which aims to enhance competition, especially in the food sector (‘Law for Enhancement of Competition in the Israeli Food Sector’).
Ms. Katzenelson provides legal counsel to domestic and foreign companies in diverse competition and antitrust matters, including counsel relating to mergers and acquisitions, restrictive arrangement, monopolies behaviors, abusive business practices, and other trade practices.
Ms. Katzenelson works with a verity of companies which have high exposure to antitrust and competition law, creating and implementing antitrust compliance program for them and providing ongoing consultation on day-to-day conduct. Ms. Katzenelson also advises on transaction planning and contract drafting in conformance with local competition laws and regulations.
Ms. Katzenelson has extensive experience in representing entities in proceedings in front of the Israel Competition Authority.
Ms. Katzenelson worked for 5 years as a Legal Consul at Tnuva Group, where she was responsible for the competition & antitrust consultation to the group.
