Neimann represents a broad range of clients in connection with M&A and general corporate transactions, including equity and asset acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, joint ventures, entity formations, recapitalizations, and other strategic business arrangements. He also works with an array of emerging growth and venture capital clients, advising early stage investment funds, accelerators and angel investors from incorporation and early stage financings through exit. In addition, Neimann regularly counsels clients in connection with corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, SEC reporting and compliance, capital markets transactions, ESG disclosures, commercial contracts, and other general corporate and compliance matters.

Prior to law school, Neimann spent six years in the energy sector as an engineer and account representative at one of the world's largest oil field service companies, performing completions and production enhancement solutions for major operators across the energy industry. Today, Neimann draws on his engineering and business background, and in-depth knowledge and insider perspective of the energy industry, to find practical solutions that create value for his clients and their stakeholders.
