An associate in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions practice, Nic assists public and private company clients, including private equity funds, with mergers, acquisitions and dispositions and corporate law matters.
Nic advises on various corporate and transactional matters, including service contracts and corporate governance. He represents buyers and sellers in a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, such as public and private acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and other strategic alliances.
Prior to joining the firm, Nic regularly represented startups and investors in equity and debt financings.

- Assisted in representing private real estate investors in their acquisition of entities that own an economy railway lodging portfolio.
- Assisted in representing a special committee of the board of directors of a global valve manufacturing company in the sale of the company to a strategic acquirer.
